5mg = 3.5mg TB 500, 1mg BPC 157
7.5mg = 5.25mg TB 500, 2.25mg BPC 157
10mg = 7mg TB 500, 3mg BPC 157

Recommended dosage is 5mg taken 2 or 3 times a week.
